A fintech category built from zero: brand, funnel, and fundraising in 5 months

From no brand to investor-ready in one build
Pinyya had a category-defining idea: real estate co-ownership without traditional mortgages. But in September 2025, they had no brand, no funnel, no sales process, and no pitch deck. Most agencies would've split this into separate projects over 12 months. We built brand, go-to-market, growth engine, and investor materials as an integrated system in 5 months, including workshops in Vienna and Abu Dhabi to work on the ground with the founding team.



Zero to market in 5 months
We built Pinyya's complete market entry system: brand positioning and identity from scratch, full Webflow website, multi-language paid campaigns across Meta and Google, CRM and sales funnel with automated lead scoring, interactive calculator and lead gen tools, an investor pitch deck tested with external advisors, and AIO foundations for AI-driven visibility. This wasn't consulting. We flew to Vienna twice for brand research and to Abu Dhabi for Finance Week. We operated as their embedded growth team, building everything from messaging to automations to fundraising materials, with near-zero client lift.
